Caregiving Registry

We are a local, licensed Caregiver Registry that provides caregivers who are screened and liability-insured.

 In our model, called consumer-directed care, clients and caregivers determine all the details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation. Our independent caregivers provide all levels of personal care from companionship to hospice.

Devoted Connection's 6-Part Screening Process

Many of our independent caregivers are certified nursing assistances (CNA) or other healthcare-related backgrounds, such as nursing, massage or acupuncture studies. They specialize in medical caregiving, including hospice care. Caregivers must have basic care giving skills and experience, as well as interpersonal skills, in order to be placed on our registry. Additionally, caregivers are required to have their own cell phone, cars and e-mail, for quick response.

  • 1:1 interview with recruiter
  • Group interview and quiz
  • Orientation
  • Work references verified
  • Criminal background including driving history, repeated every 3 years
  • Ongoing client feedback Item
